For example, she could go and rest a bit, just sleep for a couple of hours and forget about the world. She could also read a book, or watch a movie/TV show, or play video games, if she is into that. Are the bumps kinda hard and squishy? If so they could possibly be either fat deposits or tumors. Its always best to get an expert approval so I recommend taking the dog to the vet just to be on the safe side.
