Answer:is a material in which properties vary depending on which crystallographic direction the measurements are taken

Explanation:

An anisotropic material is one in which certain physical properties are different when measured in different directions. For example, wood is an anisotropic material. Its strength along the grains is different from that perpendicular to the grains. Single crystals that are not cubic are also anisotropic with respect to certain physical properties.

N2 + 3H2 mc033-1.jpg 2NH3
Svetradugi [14.3K]

N2+3H2->2NH3

When 3 moles of H2 react, they produce 2 moles of NH3

3 moles of H2 have a mass of 2.02 g

2 moles of NH2 have a mass of 17.0 g

So when 2.02 g H2 react, they produce 17.0 g NH3

If 26.3g H2 react with a yield of 100%, we expect…

2.02g H2_____17.0gNH3

26.3g H2_____x=221gNH3

So now let’s calculate the percentage:

221gNH3_________100%

79.0gNH3_________x=79.0*100/221=35.7%

Across what potential difference does an electron have to be accelerated in order to reach the speed v=3e7 m/s?
zmey [24]

When an electron is accelerated through potential difference then the speed that it attain will be explained by energy conservation

here by energy conservation we can say that

change in kinetic energy of electron = electrostatic potential energy gained through given potential difference

kinetic energy is given as

KE = \frac{1}{2}mv^2

electrostatic potential energy is given as

PE = qV

now by energy conservation

qV = \frac{1}{2}mv^2

given that for electron

m = 9.1 * 10^{-31} kg

v = 3 * 10^7 m/s

q = 1.6 * 10^{-19} C

now by plug in values

1.6 * 10^{-19} * V = \frac{1}{2}*9.1* 10^{-31} *(3*10^7)^2

V = \frac{4.095 * 10^{-16}}{1.6 * 10^{-19}}

V = 2559.4 Volts

So here it is accelerated through potential difference of 2559.4 Volts
