The question is asking us what should be included in your first draft. The first draft is not yet a finished work, it should not include the details and it is expected that it would undergo a lot of changes after that. Therefore, it should just include the main outline and the main ideas of the work, so the correct answer is C. The main idea and general support of the idea

VIOLA: There is a fair behaviour in thee, captain; And though that nature with a beauteous wall Doth oft close in pollution, yet
Ira Lisetskai [31]

The correct answer is B. deceptive appearances.

Indeed, Viola has just been rescued from her shipwreck by a captain off the coast of Illyria and her brother is missing. She thinks he is dead but the captain reassures her that he may be alive. The captain is a good looking man and Viola, who obviously has experience about life and people knows that she is supposed to judge him by his actions and not by his physical appearance, regardless of how pleasing it may be.

She clearly states that inner beauty rarely goes hand in hand with outer beauty and the captain is one of those rare exceptions where the two are perfectly matched.

How would our world be different today if the invention of the printing press had never occurred?
Maslowich
Our world would be different because without the printing press we would have no books, so school would be different and probably more difficult. Without the printing press we never would have printed bibles so church and any religious studies would be different (and probably more difficult) AND of course we would have no newspapers so there would be less advertising, and nothing to read on Sunday morning.
