RR is dominant. it could include having both parents have a big nose and you get a big nose. It can also be Rr if one parent has RR for a big nose and one has rr or Rr for a big nose you can end up with Rr for a big nose. Almost any trait can be dominant. including being brunette or having blue eyes.
