Explanation: Sexual harassment which is also a type of sex discrimination violates Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, this law kicks against discrimination in employment on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin and religion with regards to compensation, better terms and conditions of work and/or even privileges of employment. This applies to employers with 15 or more workers but the law did not kick against discrimination on the basis of the chosen domicile.

Retaliating against a person because the person filed a charge of discrimination is illegal according to the law it doesn't apply to the chosen domicile of the employee.
