"Shin splints" or medial tibial stress syndrome.

Wearing wornout shoes, along with all of the impact from triple jump and the poor flexibility, eventually leads to differences in movement. This leads to shin splints

A certain percentage of body fat is essential for the body to function effectively
Juliette [100K]
The answer is true. if you don't have body fat your body will not function correctly and you could get diseases easily and you won't live very long. Many may not know that our body fat helps our skin and hair, maintain a normal temperature just think if we were to skinny we would be freezing to death, and our body fat helps cushion our organs and tissues.<span />
