In this closed economy for basketball tickets, we experience a limited, finite supply, and an increasing demand for the tickets as the playoff season approaches. As such, we expect the demand curve to move through reselling until settling at a new equilibrium consisting of a much higher price for the tickets than the original $30 figure.

Maurinko [17]

Answer: $5,000

Explanation:

Per the requirements of qualified plans that permit loans, the maximum amount that an individual can withdraw is whichever is lesser between $50,000 and 50% of their Vested Account Balance.

Vance in this scenario has a vested account balance of $40,000.

50% of that would be $20,000.

That means that he can be loaned $20,000. However, he already has an outstanding loan balance that must be accounted for of 15,000.

Subtracting those figures we have,

= 20,000 - 15,000

= $5,000

The maximum loan that Vance can take from the qualified plan is $5,000

The Balance sheet of Mister Ribs Restaurant reports current assets of $30,000 and current liabilities of $15,000.a. Calculate th
Pani-rosa [81]

Answer:

Current Ratio = 2; Yes

Explanation:

First, to solve for current ratio, simply divide the current assets by the current liabilities.

So the current ratio would be $30,000 / $15,000 resulting to 2

Now, a current ratio greater than one means that Mister Ribs will be able to pay its current liabilities as they come due in the next year.

However, because the current ratio at any one time is just a snapshot, it is usually not a complete representation of a company’s liquidity or solvency.

Existing business with a proven record. When you ask for investments, the lending institution will most definitely ask for your financial track record. They would want to know if you are a good paymaster because they will need the assurance that you can pay them back. Even if you have a really original idea and want to start a new business, there will still be some reservation if you have no track record because the lenders do not know if you are trustworthy or not. Unlike if you already have a proven record that you are a good paymaster, then you at least have proof that you can pay back.

= 100% - employment rate

= 100% - 91.77%

= 8.2%
