Answer:

Two-Factor Theory

Explanation:

The two-factor theory is also referred to as Schachter- Singer theory of emotion; this theory tries two explain that there are two factors required to experience an emotion. The first factor is "physical arousal" or physiological response as a result of an environmental stimulus. The second factor is then the cognitive response that tries to interpret the initial physiological response.

In the case of Sally, the first factor was her increased sweat and heart rate as a result of the exam, while the second was her cognitive processes which interpreted her increased heart rate due to the fact that she is unprepared for the exam.

blondinia [14]

Answer:

C. The state provided workers at a low-cost to private businesses and plantations.

Explanation:

The convict lease system is a business operation planned by The Prisons in Georgia to turn their convict into labor force.

Private companies (mostly who operated in construction industry) can submit a request to the prison for someone that they can use as workers for their project. In return, the companies will pay some amount of money to the Prison.

Compared to hiring workers from the actual job market, hiring from prisons typically cost the companies a lot less since they technically do not have to compensate the prisoners.
