Should assisted suicide be legal? Should doctors face consequences for assisting a terminally ill patient?

The answer is solely based on opinions, so what you feel may not exactly be what another person feels. In my opinion, I believe physician assisted suicide should be legal but only in certain cases. Patients who are terminally ill tend to suffer greatly and sometimes it takes a huge toll on their body both mentally and physically. Patients wish death upon themselves to simply end the extreme pain. In this case and this case only, physicians should help with suicide. Doctors should not face consequences for assisting a terminally ill patient. Once again, this is my opinion so feel free to voice your own opinions. Hope this helped :)
