What is the difference between theoretical and experimental probablility?

Theoretical is what it's supposed to be when you calculate, and experimental is when someone actually tries to do it 
EX: there are 100 red tissues and 100 blue tissues in the jar.
the theoretical would be 1/2 probability to get red, when  the experimental could be different
