They make your resume look good because no one wants to hire someone who hasn't even learned about his job. It makes you look reliable. In order to get a license, you need to pass an exam. If you can pass an exam, then you're pretty good at the topic.

Please do be careful to the people and companies you reach out. It's best to go through the process with someone you know who works in the modeling industry or simply your parents. As to what teen modeling agency is the best, it depends on where you live.
