Life style choices can put you at risk of cardiovascular diseases. Is you eat a lot of fatty foods a plaque can build up in the arteries, this could dead to a blocked artery. If a artery is blocked blood can not get to the heart stopping the heart from contracting often leading to a heart attack. Hope this helps
