“The wisest among my race understand that the agitation of questions of social equality is the extremest folly, and that progres

s...which will come to us must be the result of severe and constant struggle rather than of artificial forcing. No race that has anything to contribute to the markets of the world is long in any degree ostracized. It is important...that all privileges of the law be ours, but it is...more important that we be prepared for the exercise of these privileges. The opportunity to earn a dollar in a factory...is worth infinitely more than the opportunity to spend a dollar in an opera-house.”

ond, in your own view, what role (if any) does Black Nationalism havetoday? Is this a relevant philosophy for social change in t
vova2212 [387]

Answer:

Even though black nationalism helped the abolition of race segregation, its role in modernity is only commemorative. It is also irrelevant and would propitiate racial segregation because it only looks to empower one minority and separate it from the rest. Because it does what it looked like to prevent and disappear, segregation.

Explanation:

First of all, nowadays the role of black Nationalism is only commemorative and even though it provided society a great benefit, it is outdated to modern society because inclusion, multiversity, and equality are promoted and sought effectively. It is irrelevant to our philosophical and social state because by only working towards the benefit of a certain minority it performs what it sought to eliminate. The segregation of minorities, today we live in a very integrated and cooperative society that has overcome movements to empower minorities. We don't have a perfect society but all of the social groups are equally valued and protected by law. Therefore, it is an outdated ideology.

Nata [24]

Answer:

b. Try not to argue with her or be defensive.

c. When talking with her, use clarifying statements to show her you understand the problem.

d. Don't dismiss what she says the problem might be.

Explanation:

In facing or relating with a difficult client as a customer relation officer, one of the basic things to do is to avoid arguing with her or to be defensive. You simply avoid anything that will lead to argument, politely and calmly make your point and pass it across.

The next thing needed to be done is to ensure you clarify her properly, leave no room for doubt from her concerning your knowledge on the product.

Finally, dont overlook her complaint on what the problem is, show empathy, listen through and offer your best solution.
