Nuclear power plants produce radioactive waste that must be stored properly. It is very impossible for a nuclear power plant to have no waste at all since lots of chemicals are used to create the process as it gives energy to other machines. Radioactive waste can not be released into local water supplies since the wastes are very radioactive and may cause mutation to the fishes and bioaccumulation which will affect humans as well. It will also cause air pollution if the chemicals are not stored properly.

Your answer is C)

a)t=2.78 sec

b)R=835.03 m

c)

Explanation:

Given that

h= 38 m

u=300 m/s

here given that

The finally y=0

So

t=2.78 sec

The horizontal distance,R

R= u x t

R=300 x 2.78

R=835.03 m

khalil scored low on the intuitive function. since khalil has low intuition, which trait does khalil have a high score in
stiks02 [169]

Since khalil has low intuition, the trait khalil will have a high score in is counterintuition.

What is Intuition?

This is the process in which individuals acquire knowledge without conscious reasoning(thoughts) about it.

In Khalil's case, he scored a low mark in it which means he will most likely score a high mark in what we refer to as counterintuition which is the opposite.

A transverse, travelling wave on a chord is represented by = 0.22sin (5.6 + 34) where and are in meters and is in seconds. For t
Neko [114]

Answer:

A)  1.122 m

B)  5.4 hertz

C)  6.06 m/s ( towards negative  x axis )

D)  0.22

E)  max speed = amplitude * 34

                  = 0.22 * 34 = 7.48

  minimum speed ( speed at rest ) = 0

Explanation:

The travelling wave = D = 0.22sin ( 5.6x + 34t)

this wave is represented in the form : D = Asin ( kx + wt)

A) wavelength

k = 2\pi / v

v = wavelength

k = 5.6

therefore wavelength ( v ) from the equation = 2\pi / 5.6 = 1.122 m

B ) frequency

w = 2\pif

w = 34

f = frequency

therefore f = w / 2\pi  = 34 / 2\pi = 5.4 hertz

C ) velocity

speed = f v

v = 5.4 * 1.122 = 6.06 m/s ( towards negative  x axis )

D) amplitude

A = 0.22

E ) maximum and minimum speeds of particles on the chord

max speed = amplitude * 34

                  = 0.22 * 34 = 7.48

minimum speed ( speed at rest ) = 0
