I maintain my physical wellness by lifting weights, working out, and eating healthy. These help keep my body toned. I keep my emotional wellness by hanging out with my,(enter boyfriend or girlfriend or family here) it helps me keep my emotions in check when I'm not alone. For mental wellness I like to listen to calm music while I read a good book. For spiritual wellness I meditate in a enclosed space with scented candles. All these together help me maintain a healthy composure.
