Photosynthesis is a process used by plants and other organisms to convert light energy into chemical energy that can later be released to fuel the organisms activities. (carbon dioxide+ water —> glucose + oxygen + water) or (6CO2 + 6H2O —> C6H12O6 + 6O2)
