Answer: Schema

Explanation: A Schema could be defined as a psychological concept used in organizing and interpreting thoughts, information or ideas. Schema allows us to make quick decisions as it guides an individual's cognitive processes using a set of organized information stored in an individual's memory. Schema solely adopts preexisting informations already available in an individual's memory in making current decisions with the exclusion of external information or details.

Carole's surprise stems from the fat that he has never eaten without an utensil before signifies his schema which is devoid of eating without utensil.

Justify the kinds of situation when confidentiality protocols must be breached
mafiozo [28]
Well, usually (I say usually) many laws make the disclosure of confidential necessary. Often a court may rule or require that confidential information must be provided in order to proceed in a case. For example, if during a murder case, confidential medical records could be used (within the confines of the court) to prove a motive or could be used to identify a killer. In my home country (Australia) I am not sure about this but in the UK if this information involves a child's wellbeing and the pros outweigh the cons then it can be release/used however you will have to be prepared to justify your actions.
