Answer:

Differences: The Supremacy Clause follows the lead of Article XIII of the Articles of Confederation, which provided that “every state shall abide by the determinations of the united states in congress assembled, on all questions which by this confederation are submitted to them.”

The Preemption Doctrine is built upon the Supremacy Clause. Both of them say the highest law is federal law, too.

Relationship:   The Preemption Doctrine derives from the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution.

The Court most recently cited Terry v. Ohio in Arizona v. Johnson. In that 2009 case, the Court ruled 9–0 in favor of further expanding Terry, granting police the ability to frisk an individual in a stopped vehicle if there is reasonable suspicion to believe the individual is armed and dangerous.

Are we doing enough to tackle racism? <br> Let me know your opinions.
Aliun [14]

We have not done enough. In fact, we are making this situation worse. Racism is not something to tolerate with through violence, I think if we actually solved the problem with peace and change the minds of others, we will do better. I know someone who was anti-racist, but he got targetted from an anti-racist group and it changed him into a racist. (His name is Paul Miller, he is really inspirational if I am honest)

using the definition of social contract determine the role of the Magna Carta and Mayflower compact in the development of the US
Licemer1 [7]

Explanation:

The Mayflower Compact expressed four main ideals (Cline 2003):

It expressed the deep faith and belief in God and His divine guidance, which was held so dear to the Pilgrim Fathers.

It expressed deep loyalty to native England and to the King, regardless of his actions to persecute and exile the Pilgrims.

It expressed mutual regard for one another as equals in the sight of God.

It expressed intent to establish just and equal laws upon which would be built a truly democratic form of government, the first recorded in history.
