During the 50s the Civil Rights Movement was going into effect.  Many African Americans were fighting for justice and wanted to end discrimination, but many troubles arose with terrorist groups like the KKK that wanted to spread fear to prevent blacks from getting equality. Hope I helped :)<span />

It was the national war labor board...in 1942 president FDR brought back Woodrow Wilson's National War Labor Board or (NWLB), in hopes of stopping or at least slowing down the labor management conflict in WW2.
