Dozen means 12 or twelve at a time. Out of this couple means two. couple denotes a pair. Half dozen means 6 or six at a time. Suppose, you have dozen of egg. Out of them a couple of egg broke down. How many eggs are left in the tray? Answer will be ten or 10.

Same like 2 or two dozen means 12*2= 24 or twenty four. Sheep generally are in the field for rearing purpose. In commercial grazing field cattle, sheep are found where temperate climatic features prevails.
