What we are looking for is the confidence interval.

Given:

Sample it is denoted by n = 10

Mean = 80

Standard deviation = 12

Confidence Interval = 99%

Now compute for the margin of error, the formula is Za/2 * σ/√(n)

A 99% level of confidence has a critical value of zα/2 = 2.58.

The standard error is σ/√(n) = 3.162

Multiply 2.58 by 3.162 = 9.8 is the margin of error.

The formula for confidence interval is x̅ ± Za/2 * σ/√(n)

= 80 ± 9.8

= 70.2 < x< 89.8

Nawaz and his boyfriend break up. Nawaz makes an internal attribution for this outcome. Complete the sentence to show an interna
Aleonysh [2.5K]

Answer:

The answer is letter C, I am unlovable.

Explanation:

In order to know the answer, it's best to learn the meaning of "attribution."

Attribution- In social psychology, attribution is defined as the process by which individuals explain the causes of behaviors and events. This means that a person thinks of a situation's result as being caused by the person's behavior or other external factors.

Internal Attribution- This is also known as "dispositional attribution." The person believes that another person has changed because of his own personal feelings or behavior.

In the example above, Nawaz is making an internal attribution by saying that his boyfriend broke up with her because she is unlovable. This is Nawaz' personal reason why her boyfriend broke up with her.

External Attribution- This type of attribution states that a person's behavior is caused by situational factors.

The example above can be turned into an external attribution if Nawaz will state that his boyfriend broke up with her because his boyfriend's parents think he should focus on school.

Adolf hitler blaming germany's pre-war problems on the jewish population is an example of the scapegoat theory. select one:
lukranit [14]
That is true. Scapegoat theory is blaming someone else for their problems, instead of blaming themselves or what not. This makes that particular person intolerant of that person or group, and makes it seem like that person did nothing wrong. In this case, Hitler blamed the Jews for his problems, instead of blaming himself or other people. The Jews didn't do anything wrong, but he hated them anyways.
