The answer to this question is: <span>Electro college because although each person gets a vote one representative ends up getting them all in the state it's offer one. The electoral college could basically make the votes from a lot of people within a  certain state nullified and meant almost nothing. 
On the other hand, one good aspect of it is that it will make sure that all candidates pay attention to the campaign in all state and not just the larger ones.</span>
