Answer: Atmosphere and hydrosphere.

Explanation:

Carbon is a very important element found on earth. It is found in lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere, et cetera.

The most abundant form of carbon can be found in atmosphere in the form of carbon dioxide. This is released by the burning of fossil fuels, smoke released from automobiles, et cetera.

Hydrosphere also contains a huge amount of carbon in it. The dissolve carbon in water is in the form of carbonic acid and as the oceans covers a wide range of earth's surface so the amount of carbon present in there is also more.

Part A - Modification of chromatin structure Which statements about the modification of chromatin structure in eukaryotes are tr
Salsk061 [2.6K]

Answer:

Some forms of chromatin modification can be passed on to future generation of cells

Acetylation of histone tails in chromatin allows access to DNA for transcription

DNA is not transcribed when packaged tightly in a condensed form

methylation of histone tails can promote condensation of the chromatin

Explanation:

chromatin modifications that can be passed on includes epigenetic modifications that are heritable changes made to the chromatin structure that does not involve the DNA sequences. Some epigenetic modifications include DNA methylation and Histone modifications. examples of histone modification include acetylation, methylation, phosphorylation, ubiquintylation etc. All these function either in allowing the DNA become more accessible to transcritional factors or vice versa. for exmple, histone tail acetylation encourages unwounding of nucleosomes allowing transcriptional factors to have access to the DNa while histone tails methylation further tightens the nucleosomes promoting condensation of the chromatin.

1. In a pedigree, a square represents a male. If it is darkened he has hemophilia; if clear, he had normal blood
coldgirl [10]

Answer:

a, 8

b, 3

Explanation:

If the pedigree you are referring to is the one that is attached then the answer would be:

A pedigree shows how a trait is passed on throughout generations. Like it says in the question, the squares represent males. If the square isn't shaded in, then that means they are unaffected by the trait or normal. If it is shaded, they are affected.

All you need to do for the first question is count the number of squares you see in the whole pedigree. In this case, there are 8.

The second one is asking how many are affected, or have hemophilia. You need to count the number of squares that are shaded in. In the pedigree, we see 3.

Solnce55 [7]

Question: Many molecules are moved through the body by?

Answer: The molecules are moved through the body by uses special transport proteins to move molecules across the membrane that cannot pass thorough on their own. Usually large molecules. Carrier proteins blind and carry the molecules across the cell membrane. They provide an open channel of passageway through the cell membrane for molecules to move across.
