Answer:

There are following methods by which you describe that moon is in motion with the help of two photographs.

Explanation:

First you can take a photo on one night at a particular time, at a particular angle which you fixed and at a particular location now take another photo in the next night at different time, at same location and at same angle. Then you observe that the moon is in motion.

Next you can take two photographs in one night span, in this method you can take photo of moon at 10'o clock in the night and observe the stars around it then you can take another photo after 2 hours and observe the stars around it. Then you will find that the position of the moon is shifted or arrangement of the stars is not same in two cases then you can says that moon is in motion.

You can prove that moon is in motion by taking two photos with the following features:

They are taken at the same hour and minute.
They are taken on two different nights.
They are taken from the same location.

This would allow an accurate comparison and would should the moon's motion.

I hope this helped! :)

A body in simple harmonic motion has a displacement x that varies in time t according to the equation x = 5cos(π t + π/3) , wher
zhuklara [117]

Answer:

1/2 Hz

Explanation:

A simple harmonic motion has an equation in the form of

x(t) = Acos(\omega t - \phi)

where A is the amplitude, \omega = 2\pi f is the angular frequency and \phi is the initial phase.

Since our body has an equation of x = 5cos(π t + π/3) we can equate \omega = \pi and solve for frequency f

2\pi f = \pi

f = 1/2 Hz

During a summer with little rainfall, your house on a hill slope experiences an interval during which your well runs dry. You ha
irina1246 [14]

Answer and Explanation:

You don't have water because of two possible reasons:

 1. Because of the summer and the little rain, the underwater supply goes low.
 2. The slope in the hill you live makes the underground water goes down by the effect of gravity. Imagine the underground water like a small tank, when the water is reduced for any reason the bottom of the tank will have the remaining water, while the top part will be "empty".

Sound waves travel faster through solids than they do through gases or liquids. (C) They don't travel through vacuum at all.

Example:

Speed of sound in normal air . . . around 340 m/s

Speed of sound in water . . . around 1,480 m/s

Speed of sound in iron . . . around 5,120 m/s
