Why are there so many rules in parliamentary procedure about how motions are brought up and recognized?
777dan777 [17]
A parliamentary procedure has so many rules so as to carry out its main goal of reaching the best decision without bias.

If motions are brought up and are directly recognized without rules, do you think everything will be deliberated properly?
The organization strictly follow parliamentary procedure in order to reach a group decision with the least conflict. Therefore, everything can be narrowed down to "peace and order".

It's all for peace and order.

Hi this is only a start.

Beethoven was born in December 1770, Bonn, Germany. Beethoven was a painter and a music composer. I admire Beethoven because he did many things with his life, and is now famous. He was a musician and an artist. His father was his first music teacher.

Mary Cassatt was born in May 22, 1844, Allegheny, Pittsburgh. Mary Cassatt was a painter, she did many self-portraits of herself. She was a great painter. She was inspired by Edgar Degas. Some people say that Mary was Edgar’s mistress. When Mary moved to Paris in 1800, she lived there until she died
