Well you use context clues, (by the way this is called finding it indirectly :P), and visualize what the theme and message the author's tryna get across, like for example in The Lorax; They don't DIRECTLY state it, but based on the story sequence and structure, you could conclude that the central idea is to take care of Earth, and appreciate the things that comes out of it, because they may not be there for granted if we continue to pollute. c:

2. What is the main conflict between Aunt Martha and Miyax?
hoa [83]

Answer:

They disagree about the role that the "old ways" should play in their lives.

Explanation:

In "Julie of the Wolves" by Jean Craighead George, the story is told of a teenage girl Miyax Kapugen who was adopted by a pack of wolves, her stay in the wild, and her eventual return to civilization.

Flashback is used to relieve her stay with her father in a seal camp and how he teaches her the Eskimo lifestyle. When she goes back to stay with her aunt  Martha that she doesn't exactly get along with, the major conflict between them is their disagreement about the role that the "old ways" should play in their lives.

How do you think mindfulness might help you at school?
pantera1 [17]

Answer:

how do you think mindfulness might help you at school?

Explanation:

Mindfulness helps to provide a holistic foundation for the development of social, emotional, academic, and leadership. It empowers students with the agency of self-regulation to increase their capacity to respond in their best educational and civic interests, rather than to react in ways that hinder them in achieving their learning and life-long learning goals. And it supports the translation of private, personal struggle into identification with others and articulating common issues based on values of compassion and empathy with “the other” in ways that encourage civic engagement and action to realize a more inclusive and democratic society.
