I believe it is a parallelogram.
Reasons:
1. It is a quadrilateral. Quadrilaterals have a total amount of 360 degrees. 80+100+100+80=360
2. It has oposite sides that are equal
3. If you look at a parallelogram it has two obtuse angles and two acute.
100= obtuse angle 80= acute angle

Answer:p = 28.36

q = 31.78

Step-by-step explanation:

Considering the smaller right angle triangle, with 50° as the reference angle, the opposite side is q and the adjacent side is 55 - p

Applying the tangent trigonometric ratio which is expressed as

Tan θ = opposite side/adjacent side

Tan 50 = q/(55 - p)

1.1918(55 - p) = q - - - - - - - - - 1

Considering the bigger right angle triangle, with 30° as the reference angle, the opposite side is q and the adjacent side is 55

Applying the tangent trigonometric ratio which is expressed as

Tan θ = opposite side/adjacent side

Tan 30 = q/55

0.5774 = q/55

q = 55 × 0.5774

q = 31.757

Substituting q = 31.757 into equation 1, it becomes

1.1918(55 - p) = 31.757

65.549 - 1.1918p = 31.757

1.1918p = 65.549 - 31.757

1.1918p = 33.792

p = 33.792/1.1918

p = 28.36

A log of wood weighs 120kg. After drying, it now weighs 80kg. Find the moisture content of the wood in percentage.
n200080 [17]

Answer: 33% is moisture content

Step-by-step explanation:

120kg - 80kg = 40kg

40 of 120 is %

Work:

40/120 = 0.33

0.33x100

= 33%

Manuel bought a shirt and a sweater for a total price of $65. The price of the sweater was $5 more than twice the price of the s
Annette [7]

Answer:

$20

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we are talking about the unknown cost of a shirt AND a sweater, we are dealing with 2 unknowns.  However, we can only have one unknown in a single equation or we cannot solve it.  The cost of the sweater is based on the cost of the shirt, so the shirt will be our "main" unknown.

Cost of the shirt:  x

Since the sweater is $5 more than (this is addition) twice (that is 2 times) the cost of the shirt, the expression for the sweater is 2x + 5

The cost of both is (equals) 65.

x + 2x + 5 = 65 and

3x + 5 = 65 and

3x = 60 so

x = 20

The shirt cost $20 so the sweater had to cost 65 - 20 = 45
