My strategy to get rid of stress and tension would to engage myself in some kind of work and then think a solution for it. If there is no possible solution, I'll leave it for good time and will busy me in routine work. Work or physical engagement in any kind of activity especially exercise and a routine work that would help me to take me out of the stress and all tensions.

I'll get time for exercise. Exercise boosts the body and makes you strong. The mind feels fresh. With a healthy body and a fresh mind, I would be able to face any kind of stress and tensions and definitely will be able to find solutions to problems.
