I don’t know if this is real or not but if this happened to me I would want someone to help me so talk to someone u trust abt it and if they don’t believe you keep trying to talk to other people. if that doesn’t work try to make a protective spell but do research abt it because it’s most likely negative energy that is coming for u. if it keeps happening meditate and try to speak to the universe to help you.
