masha68 [24]

What is it?:  When an adult is sexually engaging with a minor. Minors can not consent to sexual activities- therefore it's illegal. Some examples are:

  • Exposing oneself to a minor
  • Fondling
  • Producing, owning, or sharing images or movies of children
  • Intercourse of any kind with a minor

Laws: The law states that it focuses more on the harm done by the offender more than the punishment. But, the offender will be placed in jail and the Sexual Offender Registry for 5-7 years and maybe even lifetime.
