Answer:

Performing flexibility exercises has many health benefits. Fewer injuries, greater strength, and improved posture or balance. Fewer injuries is the main component in health benefits for regular flexibility exercises. Once you can withstand a certain amount of strength and flexibility in your body, then your body can go through physical stress without you feeling extremely hurt. When you perform regular flexibility exercises, your body's strength increases. Your muscles will have the right amount of tension as you being more flexible. Last but not least, your posture and balance increases a lot. You will begin to see a change in the way you do daily activities. For example, sitting down at your desk in school is going to change drastically. There are many other components to when it comes to performing regular flexibility exercise, but these are the top three.

Flexibility-s the ability of a joint or series of joints to move through an unrestricted, pain free range of motion.

Intensity-the quality of being intense.

Intervals- an intervening time or space.

Maturation-is simply the process of children growing and obtaining adult stature.

Muscular endurance- is the ability of a muscle or group of muscles to sustain repeated contractions against a resistance for an extended period of time.

Muscular strength- refers to the amount of force a muscle can produce with a single maximal effort.

Physical Fitness-  is a state of health and well-being and, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of sports, occupations and daily activities.

Sedentary- is a type of lifestyle involving little or no physical activity.

Vigorous- intensity exercise—sometimes called high-intensity exercise—is a physical activity done with a large amount of effort, resulting in a substantially higher heart rate and rapid breathing.

Warm up- is a preparation for physical exertion or a performance by exercising or practising gently beforehand, usually undertaken before a performance or practice.

Wellness-the state of being in good health, especially as an actively pursued goal.
