As a result of the emancipation process of the Thirteen Colonies, the United States Constitution was soon discussed after the victory against the English colonists. The preamble of the constitution is a very important and very enlightening part. The preamble lists the reasons for the creation of the US, as well as the reasons that made the formulation of the national constitution necessary. These goals were: 1- Justice, 2- Internal Tranquility, 3- Common Defense, 4- General Welfare, 5- Freedom. Thus, the Federal State should seek for its mechanisms to achieve these goals. What follows are just seven articles divided into paragraphs regulating the form and administration of the state.
