Answer:

D. It explains the purposes of the constitution.

Explanation:

As a result of the emancipation process of the Thirteen Colonies, the United States Constitution was soon discussed after the victory against the English colonists. The preamble of the constitution is a very important and very enlightening part. The preamble lists the reasons for the creation of the US, as well as the reasons that made the formulation of the national constitution necessary. These goals were: 1- Justice, 2- Internal Tranquility, 3- Common Defense, 4- General Welfare, 5- Freedom. Thus, the Federal State should seek for its mechanisms to achieve these goals. What follows are just seven articles divided into paragraphs regulating the form and administration of the state.

N76 [4]

Explanation:

It is an example of superstitious behavior that is resulting from accidental reinforcement. The accidental reinforcer occurs after an act that may unintentionally strengthen the likelihood of the occurrence of that act. Superstitious behavior is often the result of accidental reinforcement

For example:

A golfer may be lean as nears the hole. Such learning followed the past by the ball going into the hole (reinforcer) so even though leaning has no causal effects on whether the ball goes in, the accidental contingent relationship between leaning and ball being holed leads to reinforcement of leaning also called adventitious reinforcer.
