The issues are larger than this one particular case, though. My own research on Title IX and the language used to discuss its history, its implementation, and its effects illustrate the great misunderstandings around both the legislation and the concepts of equality and equity, and how they are mandated by Title IX.

Title lX is a piece of legislation that began with good intentions but as we often see has been corrupted and manipulated to favour certain agenda.

Its purpose was to prevent discrimination on the basis of sex in education programs or activities and<span> may lose any federal funding if they do. Nevertheless, they did the exact opposite. </span>
