What is the most likely punishment for a traffic violation?

Social Studies

In the case of minor offenses a ticket is normally issued. The ticket gives two options: you can either pay the stipulated fine, which in effect means that you are admitting your guilt; or you can contest the ticket if you feel that you are not guilty of the violation. The same applies to major traffic violations, although these are more involved than simply being issued with a ticket. For serious, major traffic violations you can be arrested and even imprisoned after a court hearing if you are found to be guilty.

I believe the answer is: counter conditioning

counter conditioning refers to the process of changing unwanted behaviour to a wanted behaviour by utilizing positive reinforcement.
In the scenario above, being scared of furry things is the unwanted behaviour,  not being scared of furry things is the wanted behaviours, and the favourite snack is the positive environment.

GrogVix [38]

Answer:he can help his audience understand the concept further by defining example

Explanation:

An example explains and support your speech because people can actually grasp what you are talking about if you can give them examples otherwise your speech becomes an idea they can only understand in words but can not put into action or see practically.

Examples give weight to your speech cause it can grasp people's attention as they start to practically see what you are talking about.

Which social psychology theory states that we need to have our attitudes and behavior in alignment?
Bas_tet [7]
The correct answer is the cognitive dissonance theory.

According to the cognitive dissonance (CD) theory, when our attitudes and beliefs contradict our behavior, we face discomfort and uneasiness. This in turn, leads us to alter either our beliefs or behaviors in order to restore balance and resolve the discomfort we experience when our attitudes and behavior is not in alignment.
