Mathematics

Answer:

~15.55 is the mean.

Step-by-step explanation:

The class of frequency is given as 0-9, 10-19 and 20-29.

First of all, let us taken middle value of class:

\dfrac{0+9}{2} = 4.5

\dfrac{10+9}{2} = 14.5

\dfrac{20+9}{2} = 24.5

Formula for mean:

\text{Mean = } \dfrac{\sum (m \times f)}{\sum f}

where f is the frequency

and m is the mean value calculated in above step (4.5, 14.5 and 24.5)

The frequencies are given as:

4.5 -  24

14.5 - 20

24.5 - 32

Putting the values in above formula:

Mean = \dfrac{4.5\times 24+14.5\times 20 +24.5\times 32}{24+20+32}\\\Rightarrow \dfrac{108+290+784}{76}\\\Rightarrow \dfrac{1182}{76} \\\Rightarrow 15.55

Please refer to the attached image that contains the table for calculation of mean.

So, mean = ~15.55

Use the digits 2,3,and 5 to create a fraction and a whole number with a product greater than 2
mylen [45]

Product is multiplication.

Since the answer needs to be greater than 2 either the fraction needs to be an improper fraction ( meaning the fraction would be greater than 1) or the whole number would need to be greater than 2.

One answer would be 5 x 2/3 = 3 1/3

B.HELPPPP MEEEE PLSSSS AND THANK YOUU
Gemiola [76]

Answer:

A. (3, 8) and 2\sqrt{2}

B. (2, 4) and 2\sqrt{10}

Step-by-step explanation:

Midpoint formula: (\frac{x1+x2}{2} ,\frac{y1+y2}{2})

Distance formula: \sqrt{(x_{2}-x_{1}) ^2+(y_{2}-y_{1}) ^2 }

A. plug in the points in the formulas

(4, 7) and (2, 9)

Midpoint:

(\frac{4 + 2}{2} , \frac{7+9}{2} )=6/2, 16/2 = (3,8)

Length:

\sqrt{(2-4)^2+(9-7)^2}=\sqrt{4+4} =\sqrt{8} =2\sqrt{2}

B.

(5, 5) and (-1, 3)

Midpoint:

(\frac{5-1}{2} , \frac{5+3}{2} )=4/2,8/2=(2,4)

Length:

\sqrt{(-1-5)^2+(3-5)^2} =\sqrt{-6^2+-2^2} =\sqrt{36+4} =\sqrt{40} = 2\sqrt{10}

Can you consider marking my answers as brainliest lol it would mean a lot. Hope this helped.
