Answer:

Mere exposure

Explanation:

Mere exposure effect is a tendency that prefers merely because something is familiar with the subject. for example, any song, movie, clothes, etc. This is also called the familiarity principle.

For instance, if you are a caveman and you want to eat fruit. So you find out two fruit one is familiar and the other is not. So the caveman will eat the familiar fruit first rather than the second fruit.

This occurs naturally. It can be positive or negative. This procedure is also found in animals too. Thus in Vivian and Steve's case, both are effected by mere exposure effect.

Although we can keep the world a little organized, but we cant control the weather. On the other side, there 's people who believe climate change is a natural process and has been happening this way for thousands of years. Ever since the technology has been available scientist have been tracking the changes in weather. The changes depicted on these charts prove that over the past few decades, greenhouse gas amounts in the atmosphere have increased, resulting in greater temperatures on earth. Scientists are able to predict the temperatures “before man” by using various methods such as analyzing ice cuttings.

Based on the scenario above, it could be described that Ed made an internal attribution whereas Violet made an external attribution.
