The answer is C. because for example it's blank per hour. like 25 miles per hour or 25mi/1hr

Therefore, the option with the denominator as 1 would be the unit rate.

So basically what this is trying to tell you is are they mutiples / equal to each other, also a rule. Its A. because 25 x 2 = 50, then 50 x 2 = 100 and so on.

So the answer is A
