one obvious negative aspect of smoking cigarette is lung cancer.

Explanation:

Smoking can cause your internal organs to dry up and just kill you after you have smoked too many, It get's really bad and I have myself seen people's lung organ's since my mom is a doctor she tells me not to smoke or drink alcohol once I have become a full grown man, Partly because it's embarrassing to be a doctor and not have a healthy son.
