According to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), minors age 14 and 15 can work 8 hours a day and 40 hours per week when school is not in session. However, they cannot work during school hours and their work hour is limited to 3 hours a day between 7 a.m and 9 p.m. Also, they are just permitted to work for 18 hours a week when school is in session.
Moreover, they are allowed to work in a limited number of nonhazardous jobs, such as in retail, food service, and gasoline service establishments.
The teenager would have a harder time because s/he has known the same language for so long that new words can be difficult. But a 4 yo wouldn't have as much trouble because the brain is newer
Fear appeal is scaring people into not doing certain things. hm one fear appeal would be maybe a commercial showing a boy on a subway train being kidnapped because his mom was away from him and it would scare mom's not to leave their kids alone.
