Move 13 (or highlight 13 squares) to the right. Then down move down 25, the if you look at the total numbers 13 plus 25. your going to make a square out of those 2 line, then your going to seperate 13 into 2 being 10 and 3. (do a square from that) then do the same with 25. 20 and 5 (turn that into a square)
so 20 times 10 = 100 (shade in 100 in the square and 3 times 20 = 60 (shade that in) then do the same with 5 and 10. 5 times 3 = 15 (shade that in) 
Alright, if you did not understand none of that pretty much heres your answer!! "How does it compare?" "well it compares because they have the same sizes just in bigger numbers."

In that case, then all sides are equal, meaning 
5x+16=9x-32
Solve for x
9x-5x=16+32
4x=48
x=12

Each side (including PQ) then equals 5x+16=5*12+16=76
