What can be concluded from the given question is that the forelimbs of both animals are HOMOLOGOUS STRUCTURES. Homologous structures refers to body structures that appear in different animals but which have underlining anatomical commonality which indicate that they descent from a common ancestor. Thus, the animals in question will have body organs which are similar in structure and function and which seem to be related.
