Answer:

A= −3x+30

A=30 when x=0  which is the y−intercept.

(0,30) is a point on the graph

A=12 when x=6.

Find the slope using the two points

12-30/6-0= -18/6=-3

schepotkina [342]
I'm sorry but it's bugging me that you aid 'one cases', you can't have the plural of something that is strictly singular.

Now: for your answer.
72*35=2520
94*23=2162
2520+2162=4682

The total wight is 4682 pounds.

Hope this helps

alina1380 [7]

Answer:

PV= $3,402.9

Step-by-step explanation:

Giving the following formula:

Future Vale (FV)= $5,000

Number of years (n) 5 years

Interest rate (i)= 8.5% compounded annually

<u>To calculate the initial investment (PV), we need to use the following formula:</u>

PV= FV / (1 + i)^n

PV= 5,000 / (1.085^5)

PV= $3,402.9

2. Area of sector 2 = \frac{45}{360} \times \pi \times 19^2 = \frac{2527}{8} \pi

3. Area of sector 3 = \frac{270}{360} \times \pi \times 15^2 = \frac{675}{4} \pi

4. Area of sector 4 = \frac{270}{360} \times \pi \times 6^2 = 27 \pi

5. Arc length of sector 1 = \frac{90}{360} \times 2 \times \pi \times 12 = 6\pi

6. Arc length of sector 2 = \frac{315}{360} \times 2 \times \pi \times 19 = \frac{133}{4} \pi

7. Arc length of sector 3 = \frac{270}{360} \times 2 \times \pi \times 15 = \frac{45}{2}\pi

8. Arc length of sector 4 = \frac{270}{360} \times 2 \times \pi \times 6 = 9\pi
