Because exercise is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise combats health problems, increases physical strength and energy and helps reduce stress. It is also useful for maintaining a healthy weight and exercise decreases appetite.

Explanation:

A good exercise program is to do it at least 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes. However, you have to start small, always accompanied by cardiovascular exercise which is necessary to achieve better results.

The exercise can:

-Reduce the risk of heart disease, obesity, etc.

-It reduces some effects of aging, such as osteoarthritis.

-Help mental wellbeing and depression.
