Can you guys explain how to find the sum of the two digit multiples of 11??

I'm not sure I understand the question.

The 2-digit multiples of 11 are  11,  22,  33,  44,  55,  66,  77,  88, and  99 .
 
Adam up !

Another, easier and slightly slicker, way to do it would be to factor the list
first, and then do the sum as:

       11 (1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + 8 + 9)  =  11 x 45

The answer is A because the square root function needs to be greater than or equal to zero bc the circle is filled and you can’t have a negative radical. It’s also choice A because the -1 is outside of the radical which means it’s being translated downwards from the parent function. Hope that helps ;-;

12.50x + 4.50, but for six books so 12.50 x 6 + 4.50 = 79.50

To do this, we can set them both equal to each other and if x is a whole number of books, then they do pay the same amount. If x is a decimal, then they don't pay the same amount.

10.95x + 2.50 = 12.50x + 4.50

2.50 - 4.50 = 12.50x - 10.95x

-2 = 1.55x

This can never be a whole number, so therefore members and non-members can never pay the same amount for an order of x books.
