Answer:

hormonal stress theory of aging

Explanation:

Hormonal stress theory of aging asserts that as an individual ages, the brains ability to regulate hormones reduces which results in metabolic problems. It is also noted that stress is the reason for the reduced functioning of the brain and that in stressful times, the brain continues to release cortisol which ultimately causes the brain to stop functioning early and thus can lead to early death.

 5. Rotation
 6. Circumduction

Example excersises for each body segments are:

 1. Flexion: Considering the muscles involving this movement (those being shoulder, elbows, hip, knee joints), an example for flexion would be knees to the chest or pelvic presses (bridges with a little weight).

 5. Rotation: Considering the muscles involving this movement (that being upper arm area), an example for rotation movement would be arm circles.
 6. Circumduction: Considering the muscles involving this movement (that being the shoulder and arm), an example for circumduction movement would be moving our arms to the front and then to the back like hammocking them.

Having a broad knowledge about these movements, the anatomy involved in each one of them and how to correctly execute some basic exercises, will help me as a personal trainer to be able to understand the needs of my future clients and prepare exercise routines according to their physical capacity and their goals.
