The correct answer is C) He was the creator of the plan.

Benjamin Franklin developed the Albany Plan of Union, which became a very important event for multiple reasons

1) This was the first time that the colonists in North America met without a representative from the British government being present.

2) Franklin introduced the idea of a colonial army. This means that citizens from all of the different 13 colonies would work together under one unified command during the French and Indian War.

Even though this plan was never adopted, it set the foundation for the idea of a coordinated colonial army which would be used in America's fight for independence against Great Britain.

dsp73

Answer:

The Louisiana Purchase was the acquisition of the territory of Louisiana by the United States from France in 1803. In return for fifteen million dollars, or approximately eighteen dollars per square mile, the United States nominally acquired a total of 828,000 sq mi. However, France only controlled a small fraction of this area, most of it inhabited by American Indians; for the majority of the area, what the United States bought was the "preemptive" right to obtain Indian lands by treaty or by conquest, to the exclusion of other colonial powers.
