Rehabilitation hospitals and mental instutions provide recovery and support for a person with an addition as well as other problems.
I'm not certain of what the options are, but hypertension is when one develops a high-blood pressure while exercising, so something like stretching, walking, swimming, and cycling would be beneficial (or anything low in intensity.)
