Endorphin is the hormone synthesized by the central nervous system, spinal cord, pituitary and other parts of the body. It is normally released in stress or pain and it interacts with pain receptors in brains and reduce the pain perception. Therefore it acts as morphine and other pain reducing drug.
During exercise our brain release endorphins which reduce the pain of the body and triggers the feeling of euphorbia in which a person feels satisfaction and happiness. It also improves and stimulates our immune system and improve our appetite.
