The Horticultural societies use only primitive tools and they supported foraging, while those of the agricultural societies use advanced tools and developed systems of irrigation.

Explanation:

  • As the agrarian society is focused on making and producing the crops and the farmland associated activities and thereby the cultivable land is a source of wealth.  
  • <u>As in the modern world, the agricultural societies have translated onto the industrial societies and thus use of the crop breeding and the better management of soil and as it is a social system the land is divided and diversified based on the available tools and technology like that of the HYV seeds. </u>
  • While that of the horticulture may be the study of the culture and the cultivated planet and thereby may be organized as in local and regional and the national spheres like that of the horticultural society of the America and that of the London. And it doesn't include the use of mechanized tools and equipment.
