Daily stressors can be your children which for most, children are a part of your life on a daily basis so dealing with them can also add the emotional stress, which leads to the catergory of chronic stress. Chronic stress is an ongoing stress so that unbrellas the daily stress of your job, children or a sickness and it is ongoing. As a result, each one of the stressors can interplay with each other.
